Refunds
We do not offer refunds, however you may receive a store credit.
Returns
Returned items purchased directly from AromaCollection.co website or Amazon, must be returned to the return address on your package within 3 days of delivery date unused, in its original undamaged packaging, and with proof of purchase to receive store credit. Damaged items will not be returned. If you are due a store credit, an email including your credit will be sent to you within 10 business days.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We can only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@aromacollection.co and send your item to the return address on your package.
